Wanhua Chemical Performance Chemicals Business Unit

Performance Chemicals Business Unit is responsible for developing, manufacturing and marketing high performance chemical products. The production sites are located in Yantai, Ningbo and Czech Republic. Currently the portfolio includes aliphatic products (HDI, HDI adducts, HMDI, IPDI, H6XDI), special amine products (MDA, MDBA, H12MDA, IPDA and PU catalyst), silicone and special performance chemical products (IP, MIBK, CDT). The Performance chemicals business unit focuses on the demands of our customers and provides high quality chemicals to enhance the competitiveness of products for our customers.
Aliphatic diisocyanate products are widely used in automotive refinish, wood coatings, rail traffic coatings, high performance elastomers, waterborne polyurethane and polyurethane adhesives, showing great chemical resistance and mechanical performance.
Special amine products are mainly used for the epoxy curing agent and PU additives. Main applications include windpower equipments, coatings, dye intermediates, polyamides and PU industry.
Silicone products show excellent thermal resistance, weatherability and insulation properties. It can be used in the field of electronics, packaging, building industry.
Special performance chemical products, used as the important chemical intermediates or solvent, are widely used in the fine chemical, medicine, pesticide and flavor industries.
